Chilean Salsa Recipe

A twist on a typical chopped salsa that will have your friends and family begging for more! The addition of a Chilean Sauce and parsley take this salsa to another level.

  • 4 tbsp Aji Chileno Crema
  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes (Roma or Beefsteak preferred)
  • 1-2 JalapeƱos Minced
  • 1/2 Red or White Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Leaves Finely Chopped
  • 1/8 cup Parsley Leaves Finely Chopped
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Chop all necessary ingredients and place in mixing bowl.

  2. Add lemon and lime juice and Aji Chileno Crema and gently stir.

  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, mix again and serve!
